Jeez I thought it would take the guy a year to come back but I guess he's aiming for a Federal lawsuit in August of this year. This guy isn't sitting on his thumb by any menas now is he.

    Apparently, REUTERS considers it necessary to tell us three times that "no child has to recite the pledge," "it is voluntary," and "no child has to join in."
