Do you have problems with the iBook trackpad?

I would love a 12" iBook, but have an immediate concern. Whenever I've an iBook out in a store, the trackpad sensed my hands typing away and started driving the cursor around the screen. I haven't found a comfortable position for typing without some of the heel of my hand brushing the edges of the large trackpad.

Anybody else see this? Does this get easier after you've owned one for a while? And how? Do I have to hold my hands like a concert pianist?

I have had that problem too. I've decided to just ignore the moving cursor.

Actually, there is an option in the trackpad's preferences that will help "Ignore the trackpad while typing". It doesn't make it completely "dead", but it definately helps. With that said, you also learn to kinda deal with it too. I've had my iBook for about 2 1/2 months, and rarely have that problem now.
