Upgrading my eMac

Hello again friends. I have a hardware question. I have a 1Ghz eMac and was just wondering if I could upgrade the processor. I seen processor upgrade cards online but doubt they would work in my AIO Mac. I've also seen the PPCs with G4s that go up to 1.5Ghz. Can I obtain one of these and install it in my eMac. Or would it be better to buy a whole new Apple

    It's not possible, since the cpu is soldered onto the mainboard.



    You have to get a new mac for speed

    i did see a site once that showed you how to overclock your eMac. hmm.. If i find it, i'll post it up here.

    I liked the early Rev. jellybean iMacs with the processor on daughter cards. I wish they still used that setup.
