G5 Opitcal I/O ports dilemma

My current receiver only has one optical input for a device and I have two devices that I want to plug in, my G5 and Xbox. Does anyone know of anyway to use the optical input on the G5 and have it pass directly to the optical output which connects to my receiver? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You can get optical switch boxes. I've got one at home to switch between my PS2, Minidisk and G5 (When it arrives). It's a little bit of a hassle but it's still easier than unpluging cables, etc
