Security Update 2004-09-07 killed my outgong Mail
After installing the recent security update for 10.2.8 I have been unable to send any messages out via Mail. I keep getting a notice that the port (either 25 or 110, it does not matter) times out. I am still able to get e-mail thrugh Mail and I can ping the server.
I loaded Eudora to see if it might just be the Mail app but Eudora times out too. Web hosting has checked it out and everything is ok on their end.
Could it be that the installation of the Secrity Update made my outgoing Mail red flagged by my ISP?
