Photoshop Diamond Text questions

I've been trying to do this for awhile with no success so any help will be appreaciated.



I'm trying to write the word israel in diamonds, the problem is that I want to replace the dot over the "i" with the star of David.

1) How can I make The Star of David?

2) How can I make a similar diamond effect for the star but with the color of the Israeli flag (blue) for the arms and diamonds for the inner triangles?

3) How can I then replace the dot with star?

Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately, that's not what I was asking for I knew how to this to type already, what I was asking was a) how to make a star of david, b) how to make the diamonds blue, and c) how to replace the dot in the word "israel" with the star.
