iTunes Album Art

Hey everyone. I was wondering how people get the best results when printing album art. I have a Canon i860 printer which seems to do a pretty good job most of the time, though sometimes things come out a bit blurry. Would you suggest photo paper or just glossy paper? Also, in the settings it asks me if I'm printing a photo or graphic. What would the album art be considered?

One other thing, has anyone gotten really poor quality album art? Some of the songs I've downloaded have album art that is extremely blurry or distorted. I wonder if the problem is the album art and not the printer.

Thanks in advance to any help/comments.

Generally I just use plain paper and results have ranged from either very good to downright awful. I believe that it's really down to the quality of the artwork you have.

Some sources for album artwork (Amazon in-particular) seem to have nothing but grainy images.

As far as settings go, I would say that artwork would come under photo.

Try a scan instead (if you have the original CD cover) and print that.
