How do you add radio stations to iTunes?

Is it only in the states that you can add radio stations to iTunes? If not, how do I add some local radio stations? I am down in Sydney, Australia, and when I go into iTunes I select radio, but it then blanks out the Search field. So I am unable to search..... So how do I do it?

Once you click a streaming link, if it is able to be played in iTunes and you have iTunes setup to be your default handler, it will play and be stored in your library. I listen to 4 or 5 streams and can use the search to find them in moments by their name. Good luck!
