iMac - Apple Warranty Replacements?

Hi all - I've lurked here every now and then but now have a question :O

I bought a 15" flat-panel iMac as soon as they came out, way back in February 2001. There was a slight hiccup when they sent me a 700MHz model by mistake, but that was rectified within the same week. Ever since purchase, the SuperDrive has failed at least once, and often twice, every year including this year. And, every time it has been replaced, the company which Apple UK hires to carry out repairs has bodged the repair in some way (not putting the internal cage back on properly, shorting ports, etc). Anyway, this most recent time the SuperDrive has failed, Apple has decided to replace my iMac.

Basically, what I am asking is this; which model iMac will I receive as a replacement - an old (relative to the new lineup) anglepoise iMac, or a new iMac G5?

Thanks for your time!
