Does apple charge tax for orders through their education store orders?

I am at the point where I need to put in my credit card info but it still shows no tax added, I am not ready to order yet I was just seeing how much shipping was going to be and noticed the no tax thing. Free Shipping is Nice, 3-4 Week wait for the iMac isn't nice.
