Mail.app, Kerberos, IMAP and Exchange
Anyone know if Mail.app works well with Kerberos v4 and IMAP?
I hate the Keychain, and since my 200+ OS X Mac desktops already are bound to Active Directory, and we use Exchange 2003, I figured why not try kerberos.
Whenever I set my test Macs Mail.app to use Kerberos, they are instantly taken offline and can't get mail. Kerberos works fine on my Mac desktops. They use it for SMB services on a Win2k3 file server with no problems. Just cant get it to work with IMAP.
Any ideas on how to get Kerberos to work with Mail.app
OS X 10.3.4 and OS X 10.3.6 Macs
AD controller = Win 2k3 Server
Exchange 2003 server
Kerberos is enabled on the Exchange server
Mail.app uses IMAP (port 143)
