    Well, Apple is going all-out in the marketing/sales department on the iPod. My local Apple Store has both windows devoted to the 'Pods (as I guess all the others do as well). Retailers such as Bloomingdales, Radio Shack and Sharper Image now carry them in store. My local CompUSA has many many minis and regular iPods in stock (as well as iPods from HP - do the HP's come with a dock as standard?) There will be a barrage of print and t.v. ads coming as well.
