need help cutting .mov files

hello all, i need help on cutting a .mov into bits because it is too big to be imported into imovie. i dont have quicktime pro or anything.



im using a ibook g4 if that helps.



please help.

    I myself have a quicktime pro key and work with final cut pro so this is not a problem I myself have encountered. But I was drawn to help you in your plight and did some research of my own and think I have found the utility for you. Its a freeware program called clip creator that can open source video in various formats and create small more managble clips in quicktime format. The link for it is below.
