Taking apart my iMac's keyboard.
Short question: How?
Long question: I recently purchased one of the new iMacs, and me being the inept (and mannerless) person I am, somehow got crumbs stuck inside. Oh well, I thought, I'll take it apart, clean it, and learn from my lesson. However, I soon realised the iMac keyboard wasn't like other keyboards--the 'screws' on the back were ones I couldn't undo. Does anyone know how to unscrew these? Normal screwdrivers don't work, nor Allen Keys, nor Star Keys. They're so small! Help!

Here is a tutorial for disassembling an Apple keyboard:

If you're worried about crumbs and junk under the keys, just pry them off with a pocket knife. I did the same to my Apple USB keyboard last night, wiped all the crap out, cleaned and reinstalled the keys by hand. Worked like a charm, it looks brand new.

I use a can of compressed air...seems to work pretty well for getting crumbs, hair, etc out of my Pro Keyboards...
