Anyone speculate on the approx time of the next iPod rev? Any chance there are plans to release a larger capacity iPod in the near future? Other then size, any other features one might want to hold out for?

I would guess 6 months, and iPod stuff goes into the Digital Hub threads.

when the hard drive manufacturer gets a single platter 40G, i think the iPod will become the iPod photo. there will be a 20GB base model, then the 40GB, but still thin, upper model. the iPod photo then will have a base model of 60GB, and another at 80 or maybe 100GB. first half 2005?
