HELP...Need RIP software for Canon server
OK, i know the answer here is that it won't work but i thought i'd put it out there and see what you guys think.
My dad just bought a photocopier/print kiosk in a shopping centre and it came with an old PC held together with gaffer tape, hooked upto a canon server 3000, which went into a canon color laser copier 700. Using fiery xj spooler software to speak to the server.
so i got my dad to agree to buy a mac, 20" iMac G5 in fact. we are just first in the process of finding out if the mac will talk to the server or printer, before we buy.
any suggestion will be most welcome and usefull - thanks!
