iTunes / iPod Checking and unchecking music

In iTunes there are boxes next to each song to check or uncheck, and then you can go into iPod options and say to upload all songs or just checked songs to ur ipod. My question is, once upon a time I spent a ton of time unchecking like half the songs (thousands) to upload only select songs to my friends ipod. Now i Want to reselect all of them, is there a quick way to just check all?

thanks

Hold the command (apple) key while you click the checkbox. If you're going to check them all, I believe you can tell iTunes just to ignore the checks when updating your iPod, and that way you don't have to lose all your check boxes in case you want to use them again in the future.
