26% growth in Mac units so far this year -Thanks to the Mac mini? sales from iPods?
Is it iPod sales that convert new mac owners ???
The release of the new Mac mini ???
From story on CNBC.com

Interestingly, my colleague was just talking to the head of Autodesk (well the COO), and he is just in the process of buying a Mac because he's fed up of Viruses and Spyware. That's pretty cool, seeing as Autodesk dumped the Mac long ago - not the sort of place you'd expect to get Switchers.
So those numbers had nothing to do with the Mac mini or the iPod shuffle.
Given that, this quarter's results should be interesting indeed.
Good thing to hear about AutoDesk, even if it doesn't mean anything... yet.
