Corrupt User Account?

I've got 3 users on my G5. Myself, my wife and another. My wife and I are setup as Admin users and the third is setup as a regular user.



The problem is my wifes account can't print from any app, add photos to iPhoto, install programs, install OS updates, install printer drivers, etc...



I've tried changing her from Admin -> regular -> Admin

I've ran Disk Utilites and repaired permissions

I've ran Tech Tools to fix problems



Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?

    I seem to be having similar problems with my wife's iBook . . .



    things are going wacky



    I am repairing disk permissions and clearing things out . . . she's still using X-10.2 so I think I may upgrade to 10.3 and see if that works . . .



    next thing I'll try is Diskwarrior . . .



    The problem keeps shoing up when I open mail . . . It keeps saying that there is a compaction problem and no room on the drive . . . . but there are a spare 13 gigs?!?!!



    anyway . . . .this is a bummer



    anyone know if there is a virus for Macs going around?



    I hope it isn't the dreaded bad RAM or a dying HD!!
