ical and outlook invite

Hello,



A while back I was able to receive meeting invites from a PC user using outlook, I would have an attachment and when I clicked on it, ical would open and the meeting would populate.



But for some reason it stopped working.. now all I get is "This calendar file is not readable".





Any ideas why this wouldn't work?
