is there a freeware app to make PDFs. I just need to make 1 PDF that has a few images i've scanned in and i can't find any for OS X

    That's because you don't need it.



    Hit Cmd-P, to print. Lower left, you'll see a 'Save to PDF' button. Click that, and it will let you designate where to save it, and what to name it.



    ANY application that can print in MacOS X, can produce a PDF. Nice, eh?

    Heh, I was just at a political forum, and someone complained about how hard it is to quote a source from a PDF, because you can't copy text from a PDF! I suggested he use Preview, and he asked how much it cost and how it compared to Adobe Acrobat.



    I love it when Windows users get owned by their computers.
