Does anyone know where in Thunderbird I can go to setup a list of safe senders/domains?
So you want to get rid of all other mail? Try Tools->Message Filters.
Make a new filter.
For incoming messages that: | match all the following |:
1) Sender | doesn't contain | Domain on Whitelist
2) Sender | doesn't contain | Another Domain
3) Sender | doesn't contain | Person on Whitelist
4) Sender | doesn't contain | Another Person
Perform these actions: | Move to Folder | TestingFolder (add this folder)
Later on when you see the filter works as you like and only junk mail goes to TestingFolder, you can change the Perform these actions step to delete the messages right away.
