any simple way of removing pix from photo ipod

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
unable to remove pix from ipod. got duplicates and unwanted pix i want to delete. any idea? thanks in advance.

    thanks again. will need to clear both iphoto and sd card lest i want triplicates.
