Configure NTP server via command line?

I need to send out a command to a few OS X Macs to set the time with my internal NTP time server. Is there a CLI command for this task? I dont want to do it in the GUI System Prefs Pane.

    You may edit /etc/ntp.conf on these machines. See http://nic.phys.ethz.ch/readme/168 for details.
