I own an eMac 700 mhz CD-Rw and have heard about some of them having display problems. I was just wondering what the display problems were. I have had my eMac since July and havn't noticed anything until recently. My screen after waking up from sleep goes black for a second and then comes back on. I was wondering if that is what led to the failures of previous eMacs. Thanks for your help.

    It is called raster shift and Apple has identified the problem as being from a single cable that, while cheap to replace, requires the computer to be disassembled due to the eMac's design. I would suggest that you call Apple and arrange to have to unit fixed.
