I think I have deleted a folder I didn't want to...
I had some work on a USB stick, and wanted to reformat it back to MAC OS journaled, so I took all the files and put them in a folder on my desktop. Reformatted the stick.
Recently I have had a few folders, disk images and such and I believe my folder with the files have been caught up in a mass delete. I know I'm an idiot. These are for a project I have just completed, it's handed in etc, so it was never a huge deal, but I wouldn't mind getting them back and keeping hold of them.
I know stuff stays on the disc unless overwritten, but is there a way of checking what you have deleted (maybe a process or app?), and get it back?

You could send the device into a data recovery center for lots of money and have the data recovered or try downloading one of the undelete type progs from versiontracker etc.
