Join multiple CDs

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I want to join multiple CDs from an audiobook into one file, but iTunes only lets you join tracks before you import them. Does anybody know how to join multiple CDs?

    Try Audacity. Line up the audio files and export as mp3 or whatever.
