Safari RSS: How to refresh ALL rss feeds

All I want Safari to do is refresh all my rss links in one click. Can't figure out how to do this. Even the most lame of news readers have a refresh button. C'mon, its gotta be available....and even worse, I can't set my refresh in preferences for less than 30 minutes. Ack!

    i guess i was right, it isn't possible. that's unfortunate that basic RSS functionality isn't available in Safari.
