Delay in Automator?

Maybe it's me but I think having a delay function would be helpful. That is to say...I want to use it right now! I basically need to have it pause for 2 seconds and then automatically continue. Can't find anything like it. Am I missing it or is it not there?

    Under the "automator" actions, there is a action called "pause" that should let you accomplish what your describing.

    Ah ha! Thanks. Wow, I'm surprised I couldn't find that. I was looking in the help documentation for commands...I really should know better by now.
