Interesting Powermac benches from new models

Macworld runs the new models through some benches



The DP 2.3GHz is as fast as he previous Dual 2.5 thanks to a faster hard drive.



The DP 2.7 is slower than the prev DP 2.5Ghz in Unreal. Looks like the 9600 256MB is in fact slower than the 128 9600 XT in some cases.

    Interesting. What I want to see is benchmarks for the new iMacs, I'd be particularly interested in UT2004 performance.



    How come the 250GB HD in the Dual 2.3Ghz is faster, is it a higher RPM or something?



    I bet that Radeon 9650 can be easily overclocked to XT speeds...
