I am considering this nifty device as a means of getting my AEX up off the floor and expanding its range. Has anyone used one yet?

    err, i hate to admit, but i have one on top of my tv. not really needed but there it sits... looks better than stuck in the wall or on a power strip.



    haven't seen any performance gains.

    Performance gains are the reason I would get the thing. Have you really tested and/or verified that you don't get an increase in range?
