Apple Service Centers

I want to replace the 40G hard drive in my iBook with a larger one and turn it into an external drive. I will have an Authorized Apple Service Center do all the work because I still have 18 months left on my APP, but I do not want to take my iBook to a place where people recommend NOT to go. Does anyone know of a web site that rates the service centers?
