You can't. That's why they're *standard* prints. Some options to make non-standard prints would be:
1. Print them on your photo printer on 8x10 or 8.5x11 paper and trim them to the desired size.
2. If you have time and money to play with, check with local custom photo labs. A custom lab can print on larger paper and trim the result, but you'll pay a considerable premium for their labor. You're unlikely to get this kind of service from your local drugstore's photo service.
3. If the pictures are to be framed, print on a standard paper size and use a custom mat to cover the unwanted portion of the print or its border.
Also, unusual paper sizes won't generally match the dimensions of the original image, so be prepared to provide a lab with cropping instructions (what portion of the image to cut to make it fit).
