Garage Band Jam Pack 2: Remix Tools - Turntable scratch

On the Remix Tools box is says you can add turntable effects like scratching and needle drops. Anyone know how to do this? I can't figure out if I need to add a new track and select the right sound for my keyboard, or if I take a track I already have sound in and somehow layer over a scratch or something onto it.



Anyone know?
