Pointers to authorizing podcasts?
I'm interested in generating podcasts for small audiences (10 or less) using .Mac for distribution. Can someone supply a few points as to where I should start investigating this?
The other thing I'd like to learn about is the podcast format supported by iTunes. What was news to me is that podcasts with images are supported. This sounds like a narrated slide show or a lecture or a keynote presentation with narration. Am I wrong? How does one compose something like this?

I've partially answered my own question. Apple has posted a beta application to add images to a podcast and they have a pdf discussing the RSS tags that handle images. No information (that I can see) about syning images and sound. Scroll down to the last paragraph for this.
