Repost: Move to Tiger/Backing Up

Hey, i'm making the move to tiger and i'm trying to selectively backup my mac becasue i want to do a fresh tiger install (supposedly the best way to do it to increase speed and decrease future problems). I backed up my Home folder but how can i back up the Adobe Creative Suite? I lost my software box or my roomate tossed it or something and its like ANOTHER $150 for replacements. It's really the only applications i need backed up from the applications folder so please HELP! Thanks sooo much



P.S. - anyone know how to backup my Firefox favorites? Thanks again
