Remote Control Itunes

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
hey, i'm trying to remote control my windows pc (has really good klipsch speakers) with itunes from my mac os x powerbook (where all of my good songs are). right now i use remote desktop connection from my mac with itunes on my mac running and the windows itunes running and then i can control the windows itunes from my mac. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this more simply? Remote control one iTunes player from another? Thanks

    how would that work? i already have 802.11g wireless in my home

    if you have an airport express, you hook it up to your nice speakers, then from itunes on either computer you can play through them. from the mac, you can also buy an app that allows other apps like dvd player to use the airport express base station. airport express can just be added to your network if you already have one.
