You can upgrade the RAM in your ibook from sites like Crucial.com. They'll even walk you through the process of selecting memory.
Processor modifications to the iBook are not for the faint of heart, but they can be done.

The processor cannot be upgraded, but it can be overclocked
The HD can be replaced, but IIRC it's a pain in the ass.
