GarageBand2 recording inputs ?

Hi,



I'm trying to record a band live to six or eight tracks in GB2 from a MOTU 828 (not a MkII version) FireWire audio interface on an iBook.



I can't find out how to tell GB2 which signals from the 828 interface go to which tracks! There seems to be nowhere to assign the inputs and outputs to and from the interface.



I have the Mary Plummer book on GB2, but I can't find the input assigns in there at all...



Please help me with this?

Select the track and press Cmd-I. You should see the input device here.
