Buying Ibook - uPgrading Hard Drive ?

Hey All,

Im considering picking up a 12" Ibook. (At the justification phase) I have a Mac Mini which has a 80gb HD. So my question is : If I open the Ibook and swap the hard drives will I void the warranty ?

Many Thanks

Kevin

Looks as if there are no DIY kits for the iBook hard drive on Apple's DIY repair/upgrade page (http://www.apple.com/support/ibook/doityourself/) So it technically voids the warranty.

Yeah, and it takes quite a bit of effort to do change out the drive. However, I did it anyway.
