Powerbook G4 15" VRAM - no option?

Apple drives me nuts sometimes. Why is there no option to upgrade the video card on the 1.5 GHz Powerbook G4 to 128 MB? Anyone have any idea?

I have an idea: so you can pay more money for the 1.67Ghz 15"
on top of
paying for your VRAM upgrade.
