About to buy a 12" ibook. Bit of help needed.

I hate paying the store prices so I get most of my stuff from ...yea ebay.



I've never bought anything this expensive from ebay so I need a bit of help figuring out if this is a scam.

    Just buy it from Apple or your local Mac reseller... eBay ain't worth the hassle.

    The problem with eBay is that you never know. Most people are honest but some certainly are not. If you live in the US you might consider trying CraigsList , which is more like a newspaper's classified ads section. Best of all you can actually meet the person and make the exchange.

    The listing is cancelled by eBay. Must have been a scam.
