Airport Express Problems

I can not seem to get my Airport Express to connect to my new DSL modem. I used before with my SBC modem and it worked fine, then I moved it to my folks house and set it up as WDC? or an extender to another Airport Express, that was also connected to an SBC moden (but a different account). Now I moved to Min. and have Qwest DSL, with a wireless modem, I connected the AE to the Qwest DSL, and tried to set it up, but it keeps saying that it can not connect to the internet. I have both a XP computer and my ibook. Neither can get on line with the AE, though I do get a signal, but it just doesn't connect to the internet.

Anyone know how to help me out?
