Windows Patition Software

So I know in OSX's disk utility there is a simple partition manager. Since my brother's Dell took a dump, I have to reinstall everything this weekend. Is there a simple and free partition utility for Windows that I can use to separate Win XP from his data, so when XP dies again I can wipe it without worry? Does the Win XP installer include a partition manager? Thanks.

    The windows installer does include a basic disk partitioner but I highly recommend Partition Magic. Its well worth the initial cost. I use PM all the time when working on my friend's PCs.

    I agree. When I saw the title of the thread Partion Magic came to mind instantly.
