Dreamweaver across platforms!

I've been using Dreamweaver in the Windows environment and now want to move to the Mac OS (OSX Tiger). Can I "transfer" the work done on one platform to another? Our website was created and is updated using Dreamweaver. Can I just copy the files to the Mac and continue on?

Thanx

I realized i should have been more specific. You can just copy the Dreamweaver files but you must reinstall Dreamweaver. Still, my version MX 2004 comes with both on the CD.
