I have a few questions about making a personal website



A) can you include a sound clip of a song(s) if kept under 30seconds



B) can you include pictures from google images. Such as if I want to list some of my favorite things I like/own. Can I pull a picture of a iMac, iPod..other items such as Cars... etc...etc...

    1) Not a lawyer. But I've never been sued for any of my 15 second clips from MANY major labels.

    2) Technically you must own the rights for any picture you display or have permission to use it (or if it's public domain). Unless you are making money on it.. again I REALLY doubt anybody is going to pick you out of the BILLION websites out there which has copied images on it.
