How to convert Firefox bookmark direct to Safari?

I mean if this bookmark.htm can directly imported into Safari.

    Yes it can. I usually export my bookmarks out of firefox to my desktop as the bookmarks.html file. Then in Safari File/Import Bookmarks... Select desktop and there you have it. In Safari 2.01 it will show up as a new folder with the title "Imported with that days date".
