Refurb Store UK - Daily offers only until 3rd Oct?

Visited the UK Refurbished Store this week. Usually only open on Wednesdays from 10am til 10pm.



For the past week it has been open daily with a banner proclaiming "Open Every day at 10am until the 3/10"





Just think it's a bit weird they specifically mention this date. They are getting rid of all hardware - IBooks, Powerbooks, G5, Xserve and iPods.

    The only iPod listed just now is an older 20GB (3rd gen) model. Were other iPods available before? Does seem a bit fishy, but I wouldn't read too much into this - they need to clear refurb stock somehow.



    I do however think we will see new iPods, Mac minis, PowerBooks and PowerMacs before Christmas.

    This is horrible! Do I buy now (dual 2ghz £979, dual 2.5 £1316) or do I wait for new powermacs and see what I can afford there?



    Will there be any refurb old ones left after new releases?



    I hate this not knowing!!

    there sure will be refurbs left. i for myself am waiting for the update .... seems to be any time now.
