10.4 screensavers?

Hi, I have tiger installed on quite a few computers, I love the new RSS screensaver and the itunes artwork screensaver. However on some computers these screensavers are NOT installed. I tried google but no one has been able to shed any light on this, is it a system requirements issue? The computers it works on are dual 1.25ghz machines. This machine doesn't even show it as an option, it is a dual 450mhz with 1gb ram. any ideas as to why I can't find these missing screensavers?

    Note: Your computer must have a Quartz Extreme-compatible graphics card for the RSS Visualizer to even appear in the list. If you don't see this item in the list of available Screen Savers, your Mac won't be able to use this feature.
