PowerPoint 2004 for Mac: saving presentation as a movie - animations not showing up

I've created a single-slide PowerPoint (for Mac, 2004) presentation which has an animation of "flying text" and an other graphic. I want to created a 'movie' of the file for use in an iMovie presentation.



It looks great on the screen in PowerPoint. However, when I do a "create movie", the resulting movie has the text just abruptly appear, without the cool animation.



Is there something I am not doing correctly, or is just a limitation of the "make movie" function?
